If you've been here before, then you've probably noticed some pretty big changes. We have reimplemented the web site using Joomla, a content management system. Hopefully, this will make it easier to update the site and offer more content than before. We're still learning and not all of the new content is finished, but we've migrated as much of the old content as we could. So, look around and see where we're heading. One new page is the Venues page. It's just getting started, but we plan to offer a comprehensive list of where you can listen to jazz in the Triangle. We'll also be introducing some new articles about our local jazz musicians. You can still check out the Calendar page for a list of jazz events. If you have feedback or ideas for new things you'd like to see, contact us at

The Triangle Jazz Society is an all-volunteer organization that serves to support jazz in the Triangle. We believe that jazz is an essential part of America's history and captures the essence and spirit or our unique culture. Read more About Us. As Triangle residents, we are fortunate to have a vibrant local jazz scene with many truly gifted musicians. Please visit our Calendar page for a list of upcoming events. Our Events page also contains a list of Special Events with some particularly noteworthy performances. We also are fortunate to have two great local jazz radio stations. We'd like to thank them for their support of many of our events. Please tune to them for great jazz! WNCU 90.7 FM
